Description:
Do you work too much with computers? The WorkPause utility can help you prevent the tiredness, back pain, eye strain, repetitive strain injury (RSI) or other illnesses provoked by long uninterrupted work with computers, by reminding you to take breaks at regular intervals. WorkPause can be discrete and unobtrusive if necessary, notifying you with just a simple tool tip, or it can be set to lock the entire screen for the duration of the break.
